Single Component Oil Soluble PU Grouting Material

KEZU Oil-soluble polyurethane leak plugging agent is a polymer chemical grouting plugging material generated by polymerization MDI chemical reaction of polyisocyanate lipids and polyhydrocarbon polyethers.

It is used for leakage relief repair of concrete cracks in buildings, foundation reinforcement and emergency leakage. It is suitable for crack leakage relief reinforcement of underground projects such as subways, tunnels, culverts, dams, harbors and docks, garages, and civil air defense.

Features:

1) Good hydrophobicity, immediately after contact with water, the chemical reaction foams and expands, and unites with sand and gravel soil into a hard substance to block the cracks and permanently stop water.

2) The gel time can be controlled, the foaming time can be controlled in tens of seconds to ten minutes according to the water temperature, and a small amount of catalyst can be added if necessary.

3) Large expansion, no shrinkage, strong adhesion to the base layer, strong adaptability to water quality, seawater can also be solidified.

4) One-component grouting with low viscosity, good fillability, simple construction and easy cleaning.

Storage and transportation:

1) During the transportation of the product, it should be strictly protected from rain and sun, avoid collision and fall during handling, and replace the original packaging with a new barrel in time.

2) The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and ventilated place indoors, away from open flame, isolated from heat source radiation, and the warranty period of the original packaging is about one year under unopened.
